Pastor Tom Horner has been ministering at Grace Independent Bible Church since May of 1994.  After growing up in central Pennsylvania he attended college at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC where he received his BA and MA in Church Administration in '82 and '84.  He later received an AS in Respiratory Therapy from Mansfield University.  He is married to the former Valerie Ansell and together they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
